• Alpine Tower Risk Waiver - This form is required to be signed by parents/guardian if students wish to climb. Students will not be allowed to climb if this form is not signed and returned to Teachers.

• T-shirt, Hoodie, and Hat Order Form - We keep a small supply of t-shirts/hoodies and hats on hand but if you know you will have a large order please get this to us as soon as possible so that we can make sure we have enough in stock.
